All orders are packaged with care to help ensure they arrive safely. Processing times can vary by item, and most standard products ship within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number (if applicable).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates only provided by the carrier and may vary. I cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. I am not responsible for delays, losses, or stolen packages caused by incorrect addresses. If a delivery problem occurs, please first contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

international customers (outside canada)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. These costs are not included in the purchase price. Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees may be refunded for the product cost only once the item is received back in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

ALL STICKERS ARE SHIPPED VIA STANDARD LETTERMAIL WITHOUT TRACKING. IF TRACKING IS REQUIRED OR YOU NEED TO EXPEDITE, PLEASE SELECT IT FROM THE SHIPPING OPTIONS OR REACH OUT TO ME DIRECTLY BEFORE PURCHASE.
