SHIPPING POLICY

Processing times can vary by item, and most in-stock products ship within 2-3 business days whereas custom or made-to-order orders may take up to 1-2 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number (if selected).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates only provided by the carrier and may vary. I cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. I am not responsible for delays, losses, or stolen packages caused by incorrect addresses. If a delivery problem occurs, please first contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

STICKER SHIPPING

Stickers can be shipped via standard lettermail without tracking for a very reduced rate. If tracking is needed, please select standard shipping. No shipping will be charged for stickers if included in another order.

outside canada (SHIPPING PAUSED)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. These costs are not included in the purchase price. Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees may be refunded for the product cost only once the item is received back in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
