I accept returns and exchanges on unworn and/or resellable quality items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Requested made-to-order items (does not include waitlist items)
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning or exchanging an item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please ensure that returned items are safely packaged and arrive in new and/or unworn condition. I am not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping. Once the item is received and inspected, any applicable refunds or payments will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email. Items that arrive damaged or in used condition may only qualify for only a partial refund, or depending on the extend of damage may not be eligible for refund.

All orders are packed with care, however damages are still possible. If you receive a damaged product, please contact me within 14 days for a resolution via reply email to your order confirmation and include photos of the product and shipping parcel.
