returns & exchanges
Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange. In some cases, they can be repaired or modified.
I accept returns and exchanges on unworn, non-custom pieces within 7 days of receiving your order. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please email me at hellebane@gmail.com with your order details.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning or exchanging an item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please ensure that returned items are safely packaged and arrive in new and unworn condition. I am not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. Any applicable refunds or payments will be processed at that time. Items that arrive damaged or in used condition may qualify for only a partial refund or no refund depending on the extent of the damage.
