What metal do you use in your jewelry?

I do not offer nor have the legal Canadian permits required to do taxidermy. However, I do provide taxidermy for insects and arachnids!

Are your animal PRODUCTS sourced ethically?

Yes! I do a lot of research into my suppliers. No animal materials used in my shop are ever killed for the purpose of making product. All specimens are sourced legally, either as a by-product of government regulated population control, natural death, pets, or the farming industry. Additionally, any rodent bones used are sourced via owl pellets (a natural process where owls regurgitate undigestible parts) and material costs are used to support local wildlife rehabilitation.

For all jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets) the metal used is stainless steel. Stainless steel is tarnish-proof and hypoallergenic. Occasionally I'll use charms made of alloy, however these are always coated in a protective hypoallergenic coating.

Do you do custom pet portraits?

Unfortunately no. The time is takes to create these is substantial and the cost becomes too high. There are so many artists that can do a way better job at a much lower cost!

DID YOU DRAW ALL YOUR ARTWORK?

Yes! All my artwork is hand-drawn by me and printed locally.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE CANADA?

Yes and no. All stickers, artwork, insect taxidermy, and non-animal products all ship to the US. However, due to legal reasons I do not ship any bones or animal products across the border.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Shipping times depend on location and carrier but usually take:

  • Lower Mainland: 2-3 business days

  • BC and Western Canada: 2–5 business days

  • Eastern Canada: 5–10 business days

Do you take custom orders?

Do you OFFER PICKUP?

No, not at this time. However, local delivery within the lower mainland is offered at a reduced shipping cost.
